身處團體、社群,以致整個社會,我們都期望有才能的人能在不同層面作出貢獻及發揮正面的領導作用,而優秀的領導者更能帶領眾人各盡其才。

學校領袖培訓的目的是希望透過各類校內職務,使同學能實際體會如何恰當地擔當領袖的角色,從而瞭解當領袖須具備的態度和技巧,並反思自己可改進之處,從而完善自我。

另外,透過不同的活動及訓練,可培養學生的自信心、團隊合作和解難能力。透過經驗分享,更能增進彼此感情,學會互相學習、支持,並對他人付出常懷感恩之心。親身試行及經歷各種挑戰後,同學的毅力和解難能力必有所提升,更能體悟團隊合作精神。透過體驗教育,定能引導學生自我省思,加強人際互動技巧,懂得尊重他人。

In different groups, communities and the whole society, talented people are expected to act as the role of leader at different levels, so that everyone can do his best.

The aim of school leadership training is to help students to experience how to play the role of leader properly through different intramural duties. It can help them to understand the attitude and skills required for a leader, and so as to do reflection and improvement for themselves.

Also, we help to nurture students’ self-confidence, team spirit, cooperative learning and problem solving skills via different activities and training. Through experience sharing, students can enhance their relationship and learn to be thankful. Besides, students can improve their frustration tolerance and team creativity via practical operation and challenges. We hope experiential education can guide students to have self-reflection, enhance their interpersonal skills and respect others.
